Chambers of Delusion were added to Lineage II, since many private server doesn't have it I will explain you a bit how does it work. Well, if you know rift it will be very easy for you to understand.
You can access to Chambers of Delusion talking with Pathfinder Worker in any city. It will place you to a new room where you can find six Guardians: Guardian of Western Seal, Guardian of Eastern Seal, Guardian of Southern Seal, Guardian of Northern Seal, Guardian of Tower Seal and Guardian of Great Seal. The first four mentioned works very similar than rift, others two are instanced. For enter in any of them you will need to being in a party of minimum two people (recommended four or more) and all of then have to be level 80 or more.
When you talk with any of the Guardians, you see four options. First will place you inside of the Chamber (only the party leader can use it); second will provide you info about what will you find inside; third, it's a shop where you can buy Sealed Dynasty armor and jewelry with Guiding Tea Leaves (we will explain how to get them soon); and the last one will send you back to village.
Let's explain Western, Eastern, Northern and Southern. Each of them will be easier for any class and harder for other one (check it on the second option). When you enter, party leader will get a Delusion Chamber Invitation which will give you the chance to change the room only one time. There are six posibles rooms inside of each Seal, one of them contains the raid boss Aenkinel (lv81). You have 40 minutes for finish your work inside, after this time you'll get teleported outside. If you doesn't like that room you can talk with Delusion Manager (which will be in middle of the room) and he will send you to any other random room with the first option only if you have not used yet Delusion Chamber Invitation. You can leave it by the second option. Also, there is a chance that during the last 5 minutes of the instance you will be moved to a final room containing a raid boss, Aenkinel.
About Tower and Great Seals, it has only three differences with the others. On Tower Seal you will find Aenkinel (lv82) and on Great Seal Aenkinel (lv84). These two Chambers has 60 minutes for stay in and when they finish you will have to wait 15 hours to reenter on each.
Now let's see what are the differences between Aenkinel and his levels.
Aenkinel (lv81): When he dies, four Nihil Invader Treasure Chests will spawn. One chest will provide items while the other three will not provide anything. You must choose your chest wisely since selecting the incorrect chest will cause the remaining chests be empty. Also, this raid boss will level up Soul Crystals to Stages 10, 11, 12, 13.
Aenkinel (lv82): When he dies, Mutant Treasure Chest will appear which has 25% chance to drop any material (enria, thons, asofe or leonards). This raid boss drops Guiding Tea Leaves, remember you can use them to buy Dynasty items on the Seal's Guardians. Also, this raid boss will level up Soul Crystals to Stages 10, 11, 12, 13, 14.
Aenkinel (lv84): When he dies, Mutant Treasure Chest will appear which has 25% chance to drop any material (enria, thons, asofe or leonards). This raid boss drops Guiding Tea Leaves, remember you can use them to buy Dynasty items on the Seal's Guardians. Also, this raid boss will level up Soul Crystals to Stages 12, 13, 14.
All the mobs inside the Seals drops Icarus and Dynasty stuffs.
