Make petition or post on forum?

If you doesn't have any emergency, we really prefer you to post on the forum. Why?

· Community can help you with your problem, this way we can focus on harder work.
· If it's a bug, use bug section. So the problem is not forgotten and when we finish with what we have at hand, we can fix it.
· Maybe you will find how to solve your problem before posting. Sometimes after thinking you find out it was a false report.
· Perhaps your issue was already reported on forum, so we won't repeat over and over.
· In the future, someone may have your same problem. In this case will help read your post.
· If you have suggestions, use the section "Ideas and polls" to expose them.
